Do the beams drop from any specific npc cruisers or all? I have found a load of modal energy beams off of low end cruisers, do the better ones also drop from the same ones?

Not so worried about the way the price has dropped, more interested about what is going to happen when tech 2 has finished being implemented, are rats gonna drop tech 2 modules only or tech 1 modules as well?
